Beth Ezra is set within its own large, well-established gardens, bordered by mature shrubs and trees. From junction 7 on the M25, take the A23 north towards London. Turn left onto the A237 just after Coulsdon South Station, over the traffic lights into Woodcote Grove Road and then Smitham Bottom Lane. Beth Ezra is on the left of the A237 after about 1 mile. |
