Beth Ezra is run by a charitable trust, on behalf of the Dawn Christadelphian Fellowship, who appoint the management Trustees.
As a charity, the Trustees are responsible for ensuring that the home is financially sound and provides a high standard of care, while keeping costs and charges to a minimum. Beth Ezra is non-profitmaking, supported by donations and bequests.
All the Trustees are Christadelphians and support the running of Beth Ezra voluntarily. They contribute a wide range of technical and professional knowledge and experience for the benefit of Beth Ezra, as well as practical help and support for residents when required.

The Trustees appoint a full-time Manager, who is approved by the local authority and is responsible to that authority for ensuring that the care provided at the home meets government standards.
The care and catering staff at Beth Ezra are appointed by the Manager, who also arranges the provision of maintenance and cleaning services, organised by a full-time manager.
The local authority makes regular, unannounced inspections of Beth Ezra and completes a report about the home that is available for public inspection. Beth Ezra has consistently excelled in the standard of care that it provides.

A professional quality control officer is engaged to lead a small team of volunteers, who regularly gather views and comments from residents and their relatives about the care provided at Beth Ezra. Her independent report is also available.
