There are 22 full-time and part-time staff employed at Beth Ezra, supported by a small team of volunteers. Each member of the care team is qualified to work in a residential care home and has been carefully selected to provide the quality of care enjoyed by residents at Beth Ezra. Several of our staff are also fully qualified nurses.
There is a dedicated catering, cleaning and maintenance team, who make sure that living at Beth Ezra is as enjoyable and comfortable at possible.
Many of our staff have been working here for many years, and we greatly value their loyalty and hard work which is such an asset to Beth Ezra.

           
 

Day-to-day care at Beth Ezra is managed by a Team Leader. Care staff are always on duty, throughout the day and night, to ensure that residents are comfortable and safe.
In addition, creative and physical activities at Beth Ezra are led by a professional recreational therapist and a team of dedicated volunteers. The hair dresser makes regular visits to Beth Ezra, as do key medical and support professionals.
Visitors to Beth Ezra are encouraged to meet any of the residents in one of the lounges, or in the residents’ own room.

 

   

Beth Ezra is managed by Janet Brooks, who has been with us for 9 years. She is assisted in the provision of care by 9 Team Leaders.
Building contracts and maintenance, laundry and cleaning is managed for Beth Ezra by Graeme Chick.
